They just don't MAINTAIN the property. The number one thing people do at the pool is swap stories about what was wrong or broken with their room. Not kidding at all. And it's been like this for many years. There's just no effort here
Had a great experience at 10:30 at night I found myself locked out of my unit after they checked on all units Heating called them within 30 minutes they were there to open up I can't say enough about their quick response in 15 degree weather
Nice people...
The most rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, nasty people. Must really enjoy getting people's vacations off to terrible starts because it's the same year after year. Just awful people.
