I ordered presentation folders with our logo printed on them and our invoices & contracts don't fit in them! $650 worth of folders we can't use! They won't replace or refund us! The rep, Sean, is ghosting my emails and calls now after he said he would have them replaced. He waited long enough to where i can't dispute the charges! I dont recommend this company! They dont stand behind their products! Not good business!

Charged us fraudulently for over $4,000 and claimed that (very conveniently) the order must've been placed by my mother -- who had just died. Apparently, she placed an order for some promotional frisbees some time while she was unconscious in the ICU. You would think they'd have SOME shame but then again, they are telemarketers. Letting our credit card company handle the dispute since these people only know how to make a phone call when it's to badger you into buying light-up pens.

If you want pushy people who don’t take no for an answer, choose these guys! Told them I just ordered pens and to send me an email and they said “what if I cut it by $20 and basically give it away”. Don’t let them produce for you, and don’t call me again.

I received my order last night unfortunately the 500 toothbrushes didn’t have my logo on them after attempting to contact Paradise promotions I keep getting an answering machine telling me that they’ll have limited hours because it’s the end of the year it’s May 29. Laura, I found another number and that one tells me if I press any key. I’ll get $100 off my next order which leads me to more garbage. This is my first and last time ordering from this company.
