Recently tried paradise pools after going to another store in Mooresville for a few months and wow what a difference. Every time I go in the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as needed to help me as a new pool and spa owner learn the ropes. Great pricing on pool supplies as well. Highly recommend.
Jeff and the man who helped (sorry I can’t remember his name 🙈) load our new hot tub. They were excellent and extremely helpful!
We drove past plenty of other pool and spa stores to get our hot tub from here and it was worth it. The no pressure and knowledgeable sales work by Jeff was perfect and we left with exactly what we needed and wanted. 10/10 would drive back out again to work with this company.
After researching hot tubs and visiting several stores, I went with Paradise Pool & Spa. Jeff & Mike answered every question and have continued to be very supportive after my purchase and setup at my house. They are always friendly and have been so helpful with assisting me getting my hot tub chemicals dialed in. They remain patient and welcome questions at any time. Highly recommend these guys and location. Top notch!
