Jeff and the man who helped (sorry I can’t remember his name 🙈) load our new hot tub. They were excellent and extremely helpful!
We drove past plenty of other pool and spa stores to get our hot tub from here and it was worth it. The no pressure and knowledgeable sales work by Jeff was perfect and we left with exactly what we needed and wanted. 10/10 would drive back out again to work with this company.
After researching hot tubs and visiting several stores, I went with Paradise Pool & Spa. Jeff & Mike answered every question and have continued to be very supportive after my purchase and setup at my house. They are always friendly and have been so helpful with assisting me getting my hot tub chemicals dialed in. They remain patient and welcome questions at any time. Highly recommend these guys and location. Top notch!
We bought our first hot tub from Jeff just over a year ago. It was a great experience! In the last year, Jeff has been available to answer our questions, help us when we’ve needed help and has delivered excellent customer service! I highly recommend Paradise Pool and Spa!
I absolutely love this place. I had an above ground pool installed last summer and they did a great job! The pool is amazing, have had so much fun. No issues with anything. And the Kraken auto vacuum is fantastic. Now I'm getting ready to move into a new house (hate to leave my new pool). I have been in contact with Jeff getting ideas, suggestions and prices so I'm ready for my 2nd install with these guys. I'm going with the Stealth Hybrid and am so excited.
