Called them out of the blue for a “rough idea” on pool pricing. Ended up showing up in their showroom at 5:45 pm (they close at 6) for just a quick stop. Jeff was there and talked with us and showed us all of the options we were considering. We were there until 6:15. We kept apologizing but he didn’t seem bothered by it (I hate being that person who shows up last minute but I’m rarely in the mooresville area) AND he even gave us a recommendation for where to go get a bite to eat for dinner. After recently moving to the Mooresville area, we realized we needed to replace a spa and pool heater, so the pricing around began, and not only was Jeff, Paradise Pools, very helpful/knowledgeable with our questions, he offered the best pricing in the area.
