We built our pool with Paradise Pools & Spas in Jan. 2021. In May 2024, we contacted Paradise since we noticed cracking in the pool in several places. The owner inspected and said that the pool would need to be completely demoed since it had ASR - "concrete cancer". We filed a claim with Paradise's insurance company in June/July 2024. We are on month #9 and now dealing directly with Paradise's insurance attorney. We don't receive updates unless we ask repeatedly. We only recently got an inspection by the insurance carrier.
