Paradise pools was great to work with!! They were quick to respond and made the process so smooth and easy. We reached out for a quote mid March and were swimming by June! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pool!
They do not honor their lifetime structural warranty. Our pool has massive cracking all over and we are now in litigation with no end in sight costing us tens of thousands of dollars. Buyer beware, please do your research.
We built our pool with Paradise Pools & Spas in Jan. 2021. In May 2024, we contacted Paradise since we noticed cracking in the pool in several places. The owner inspected and said that the pool would need to be completely demoed since it had ASR - "concrete cancer". We filed a claim with Paradise's insurance company in June/July 2024.
