They have the worst customer service ever. My Dad paid them 3500.00 to put a new liner in this February while it was raining continuously and they let the liner lay there unattached and uninstalled for weeks. My Dad is 80 and widowed.. Now there is a leak in the liner and the owner, David, said that it was not there when they finally installed it and that someone must have done it. Had them do a pool service and they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was forced to Fire them after the very first service. I am sure that their bad reputation will catch up to them at some point, if they keep abusing their customers. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE - EVER. Save yourself the grief and find a more reputable business, life is too short to deal with people like this.

We have had a hard time making David be a man of his word. Though the pool looks nice, we have had several issues and are definitely looking for a new company. I don't want to get into details. His workers are nice, but what a headache.

I started using the services of Paradise Pools in winter 2013 They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I recommend this pool service.

I hired Dave and his crew to finish a pool project that another company stopped working on (after taking most of the job's money). Dave's guys showed up when they said they would. Fixed the problem as they said they would. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I would/will hire Paradise Pools again! Thanks Dave

Hired this company to replace our inground pool liner earlier this spring. After MANY phone calls (most of which go unreturned), it still leaks badly. When we asked for a time frame when it would be fixed, we are told "whenever we can get a man out there." In other words, never. I give up. I will find someone else to fix it. Be warned. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! – I am a general contractor and I have dealt with different companies everyday and this was by far the worst company that I have everdealt with. One of my jobs required a new pool liner to be replaced. This pool company was reccommended to me so I called. It took them about 2 weeks to come out and just look at the pool.
