My experience with these folks has been 100% A+++++. I highly recommend them. I had to go across the river but worth the travel compared to what we have over here in Ohio. Excellent customer service. They’ve earned a life long customer.
We bought pump Sunday. Our old pump had a bad wire. New pump in box. Tried to return Tuesday (would of Monday, but it was a holiday... store was closed). They refused to take it back. We have all kinds of items to purchase for the pool, but we won’t be back. Bad customer service. Would not recommend.
Wonderful people to do business with! Highly recommend. Dana and Chris are very knowledgeable about the pools, chemicals, etc. and will do anything they can to help you out.
Everything about this business is just A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE!! I do not recommend !!!!!
