I had to replace a pool pump and wanted a contractor who knows how to install controllers, etc. Paradise pool installed my pool pump, my new control panel, replaced my booster pump and cleaned out my filter. The filter assembly was degraded, the quadrants were falling apart and appeared to not have been backwashed in almost a year. I want to be clear Paradise Pool was not my pool cleaning service. My wife and I were nearly run down by one of their drivers in Napa, CA. The person was doing 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe for a neighborhood full of children. On top of that, we called to speak with a manager, and were told they would call back. They never did. I wonder what else they're doing horribly...

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was promised a call back 3 days in a row and no one ever calls back. Lauren the receptionist refuses to get me in touch with a manager or the owners. Very disappointing.
