Just has to take a few minutes to say how much I love this place. So last year I started taking care of my pool all on my own. I called this store probably once a week, maybe more. For the most part I always spoke with Brandon. Brandon was so patient with me and literally taught me how to maintain my pool. This year I’m off and running thanks to him and he just walked me thru a few things this morning. Thanks so much or all the help !!!! ☀️☀️☀️

I had a great experience last week with Wayne and Brandon @ paradise. These guys really know there hot tubs. I ended up settling on a Alps & couldn’t be happier. From the delivery, to the electrician they referred (Reliant electric & power) the entire process was very smooth, and seamless. I highly recommended if your in the market for a hot tub go see these two. You won’t be disappointed & you might even learn a few things in the process. I know I did. 👍👍

I have been coming to Paradise pools and spas for probably the past 3 or 4 years. Just wanted to say, everyone up there is so helpful and friendly! I have dealt with Brandon a lot every year opening my pool, balancing the water, but this year I have had to call on him more then usual. No matter weather I call or email, I always get a prompt response and he walks me thru step by step! Always patient with me and my questions. Thank you to all of the staff at Paradise pools for the great service over the years.
Rude customer service. Came in to talk about a pool liner and this representative did not want to help us. Told my husband he was too busy to talk even if there are no other customers around and he was standing in a corner trying to avoid me because I am deaf.
