Paradise goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. This year has been crazy with sales so the negative reviews are because of people becoming impatient. You got to remember there’s only so much you can do in a day and they’ve never seen sales like this. They always communicate and keep you informed of deliveries and installations. My family and I visited with many questions and in search of a quality tub at a reasonable price. Ray as well as others answered so many of our questions and educated us. They took a great deal of time and were a pleasure to work with. We made our final trip to confirm details and make our payment and once again I was impressed how well they were handling business and questions with the current pandemic. from the buying to the installation we couldn't have ask for better friendlier people to deal with. I highly recommend paradise pools. we bought on sat and less than a week later we have a hottub installed and ready to use.
First Class customer service and great prices. Our salesman Arron was great, no pressure at all. Aaron took the time to explain about all the different hot tubs and what they had to offer. Aaron invited my wife and I to try out a hot tub before purchasing which really gave us an Opportunity to find the right hot tub. This place is 5 star World star...on all levels.. The spas are superior quality and you get awesome impeccable customer service...Ray has followed through with everything he has promised. Ray is a very transparent hands on proactive business owner!!!! It’s won’t sell you anything you don’t need..When I say hands on, it’s literally hands on with everything. I had a very small issue and he immediately personally came out to assist... I have owned hot tubs for years since 2004 by far the best experience hands down...
