This is our second summer season with Paradise Pools! They do a great job keeping our pool ready to enjoy and have great customer service. We love having the extra time for family now that we aren't tasked with keeping up the pool maintenance. Service reports via email and online payments are a plus! Thank yall!
We hired Paradise Pools after buying a house in Tyler. The pool had some issues as well as the spa. The company that seller utilized for pool could not solve the problems. Paradise Pools has solve all the problems since we hired them and for a reasonable, not exorbitant price. We also hired them for the regular weekly cleaning and they've done a great job! I highly recommend them for your pool's needs.
I can’t say enough about Josh & Justin. They took time to follow thru on the job and ensure all concerns were addressed. They also made sure to show me and explain to me what they were doing. I especially appreciated them taking their time to explain in detail what the issue was, showed me and walked me thru it, allowing me to feel and confirm that the area in discussion was faulty and needed replacing. Josh & Justin made this a great experience, and I will be using this company for all my pool needs in the future.
