Paid for service call, but not able to be home at the time scheduled & was told this was not a problem. Was told problem was fixed. Arrived home 2 hours later and not fixed and upon calling service person back I am told they don’t handle what I need done. $125 & a week wasted!

I am contacting you, not because I want a pool from your company anymore, but because of the exceedingly poor customer service I received when inquiring for a new pool. I first stopped in the store located in Granger and spoke with the receptionist, she gave my number to a "gentleman" named Braxton. After our initial conversation on October 27th, he asked me to call him with a new address, which I did. Then after I never heard from him again. I've bought all my pool supplies since 2009. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They explain what needs to be done if I have a problem with my water
