Had a new inground lazy L pool liner installed. They did a phenomenal job. Fast and very professional.
Paid for service call, but not able to be home at the time scheduled & was told this was not a problem. Was told problem was fixed. Arrived home 2 hours later and not fixed and upon calling service person back I am told they don’t handle what I need done. $125 & a week wasted!

I am contacting you, not because I want a pool from your company anymore, but because of the exceedingly poor customer service I received when inquiring for a new pool. I first stopped in the store located in Granger and spoke with the receptionist, she gave my number to a "gentleman" named Braxton.
