We've been designing and engineering pools for Jason and his team for over 20 years. We've seen many contractors come and go during that time, but the reason Paradise Pools is still thriving is because they're focused on the customer and doing things right. They don't cut corners and they help from start to finish. We have no hesitation recommending Paradise Pools if you're looking for a quality pool contractor.
Jason has been helping us for over 20 years and has always given excellent service! Recently he was a few weeks out for an appointment, like every pool company, and he took the time to call and help me diagnose over the phone so we could get the pool running for a party! He also recommended a great tile/ coping stone guy who came off season to fix our pool! Paradise Pools is the BEST!

Their pool service amounted to 3 minutes two weeks ago. During the same visit he spent 13 minutes in our bathroom. First digging through my cabinets to find a roll of toilet paper. The tech uses it every week.I wish he would spend the same amount of time cleaning the pool. Never brushed it. Today he spent a total of 8 minutes. They are not worth the $20 per minute I get charged for. Highly disappointed. You would think you get what you pay for. I this case it's money thrown down the drain.
