My pool liner was just compldeted. Jim and his crew did a great job. I had to prepay 50 percent last fall and the final half today with the completion. I expected the 2nd payment to increase due to inflation but the total cost was the same as quoted last fall. They use the same brand of liners as a nearby competitor but Paradise Pools was over $1000 less. You cant go wrong with Jim and Paradise Pools.
Mr Troyer installed my new liner in one day by himself in 80 degree temps. Doreen and Mrs Troyer provide excellent advice on pool issues also. Artie Meehan
Absolutely unacceptable experience. As a first-time pool owner, I trusted their guidance and was sold a pile of unnecessary chemicals I did not need. When I realized this and attempted to return the items unopened, I was flat-out refused. To make matters worse, the woman they pulled from the back to confirm the “no return” policy was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was zero effort to help, explain, or make the situation right.
