Absolutely unacceptable experience. As a first-time pool owner, I trusted their guidance and was sold a pile of unnecessary chemicals I did not need. When I realized this and attempted to return the items unopened, I was flat-out refused. To make matters worse, the woman they pulled from the back to confirm the “no return” policy was incredibly rude and dismissive. There was zero effort to help, explain, or make the situation right. Always friendly, helpful staff & a great selection of supplies.
Have always used Paradise and very happy. They are so helpful and I love the gals who test the water because they know what I need to keep my pool sparkling.
Great people who are so helpful with our pool. Put in a new liner and it is beautiful. Nice work Jim.
