If you're looking for a company that actually cares about your pool or spa needs, I would look nowhere else. Trenton (and his team) are always professional, courteous, and willing to make the extra effort to make sure the job is done right. I typically never leave reviews, but felt it was completely necessary to do for this amazing company. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I contacted Paradise Pool and Spa back on June 7th 2017 with a request to have my lap pool/hot tub serviced and cleaned. Trenton Negus answered my request and arranged to come out to service and clean my pool on June 24th. On June 22nd he emailed me and told me that his (cleaning) pump has seized up two days previously but he still wanted to come out and see what he could do.
