I contacted Paradise Pool and Spa back on June 7th 2017 with a request to have my lap pool/hot tub serviced and cleaned. Trenton Negus answered my request and arranged to come out to service and clean my pool on June 24th. On June 22nd he emailed me and told me that his (cleaning) pump has seized up two days previously but he still wanted to come out and see what he could do.
