First of all, this business was sold by Bob. He never disclosed to us what his plan was during the yard renovation. He had unfinished projects with us; we knew him for 10 years, and this is what we got. The issues we had, we addressed to him supposedly before he sold his company. Second, these people took it over, and our yard is a mess. Instead of nice flowers, we got jungles on the front and back.
