Got a pond made by Paradise Ponds and Aquatics as an anniversary gift for my grandparents, and it turned out amazing. The team was super easy to work with, had great ideas, and the final result blew us all away. My grandparents are obsessed with it. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend Paradise Ponds and Aquatics. We hired Michael to replace a cracked skimmer as a preventative measure. After removing the old one, there was a long delay before he returned with the replacement. Once installed, the new skimmer began leaking—confirmed by visible water loss and a 10gph increase in usage. Michael agreed to fix it but missed the follow-up appointment and stopped responding. BUYER BEWARE!!!! We have a fairly good-sized pond that had become overrun with cattails and we hired Michael Barber and Paradis Ponds on January 13, 2025 to come in and thin the population out. Michael seemed confident that he could get the job done and at first was extremely communicative and responsive to our inquiries. However, the project seemed to hit a snag when he sank his backhoe in the pond and needed to bring a large wrecker truck in to drag the equipment out of the muck. Do NOT hire Hired Michael for deep clean and he did a Lazy and bad job My pond still looks dirty and he killed 2 of koi fishes cause it didn’t occur to him to put a pump. Save yourself a headache and run away from this company
