Today I got to try the Spicy Hawaiian Alaea Poke Bowl & Spam Musubi and they were great. Also, the service was very friendly and helpful.
Ordered online while on a tight break, only to show up and find out they completely dropped my order. Instead of trying to fix the issue or get me my food, the staff was unbelievably apathetic and couldn't care less. Zero customer service skills. I had to waste time calling Uber Eats to get a refund for food I never received. Ended up walking around the corner to SushiMan, which was fantastic and should’ve been my first choice anyway. I love everything about the poke here. Poke bowls are one of my goto takeout meals. I love it here becausd they have an option for sushi rice. For me, poke bowl aint bowling without the right rice. The tuna is crazy fresh. The variety is also A+ its just so sad that in this economy eating out is a rarity for my family and i.
