Very pet friendly and affordable. I am not a smoker and a number of tenants in my building smoked which made the entire building smell like an ashtray. There are a number of apartments on the property with window shades that need to be replaced (broken or discolored from smokers). Walls are not insulated so you hear everything your neighbor is doing. Management is not accessible when needed and very rarely onsite. Snow removable in the winter was poor.

Average apartment. Everyone has dogs and is rather friendly. The management is very little use. Their office hours are not very convenient. It took months to sort out an \$800 dollar electric bill from the previous tenant that I had to pay so my power wouldnt go out. Management wouldnt return my phone calls. After all this I still ended up paying more than what I owed. It is somewhat secluded, but still about 30 seconds from a large shopping center. All the appliances are rather old as well.
