Dr. Southerland is a wonderful physician. She was kind, knowledgeable, and great with babies, and PA J was also excellent. Unfortunately, several issues during our visits led us to transfer our daughter’s care despite the positive interactions with the providers. One main concern was inconsistency in how our infant’s measurements were taken. At one visit, she was weighed in only a clean diaper, while at another visit she was asked to be completely naked, which makes accurate weight tracking difficult for infants. We also not... read more
Nicole one of the receptionists who answers the phone was super rude. She first said a nurse could call me in between patients then said no we’re not taking on new patients at this time and hung up on me. I will be informing management to look at her and her unprofessionalism and I’ll be in with my husband to report it also in person this happened 6/18/2025
We went in the other day for vaccines, and found the practice to be warm, welcoming and caring. Dr. S. is one of the sweetest, most genuine people around! What a lovely experience we had at the doctor's office!
It was a wonderful experience with excellent care for your children.
Suzanne is easily the best pediatrician I've ever had. She's knowledgeable, personable, charming, and just a sweet person. We came in the other day for vaccines, and she made I usually overwhelming experience pleasant. If you need a pediatrician, I strongly recommend this practice. Ask for Dr.S!
