I lived there 1 year - had two water leaks, one MAJOR pipe leak - where I had to move out of my apartment for 10 days. I just moved out, left the place in perfect condition and just received a statement for $400, for carpet replacement, vinyl floor cleaning, and an Ozone treatment because of cat urine. PLOT TWIST - I do not own a cat or dog or any sort of pet for that matter. So careful, you may (you will) have to pay for something that is not your fault on move-out. For the rent they charge, this place isn’t worth it. Parking is horrible. There’s no washer or dryers in the units, and if you want one they up charge you an extra 100 dollars. Maintenance is awful, this place just overall isn’t great for the money I pay. There’s no amenities but a pool. If this place was a few hundred dollars cheaper a month then it would be kind of worth dealing with all the issues.
I love this place. The office staff are great and so are the neighbors. Nice and quiet here. I'm very upset that I lived in Phoenix for 6+years and never looked into this place til January. So far so good.

I have lived here for over 2 years and it has been a great experience. The only reason I am moving is because of a job relocation. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and maintenance problems are rare and fixed right away. The apartment has a retro vibe and beautiful vaulted ceilings. I really loved living here and would recommend them to anyone.
