It has new management and the property is run down with many problems
I wish I could Put in a Digital Locker here. The gates are always locked and The People want Necessities. I understand the area isn't so safe, But I think an Upgrade in Securities will be well worth it in the long run. I'm guessing, honestly, that the area is Used for Medical Patients whose doctors come visit at the Complexes. I encourage that, we need to Normalize that. If you have these People, those are the People we need to Deliver to First! It's sad that a Few bad apples take away from the Medical Community as a Whole.
