They are sweet understanding people, pedicures are good and I usually get the basic, it includes leg and foot sugar scrub, lotion, massaging, foot scrubbing a tool to get the dead skin off. The male worker offers Diet Coke or water for free, and the colors are nice.
They rude have nasty attitudes first time going an my last time I don’t care to be treated like I’m not a person an then thinking I want to spend my money at your business, an then told me they prefer cash instead of card but if it’s my first time how I’m suppose to know that I only carry a debit card so I was rude right back I never cared it’s the point about respect.
Walked in on a Friday morning (Labor Day weekend) no one was here AND NOW I KNOW WHY. Only 2-3 workers taking their time... which is fine but if you notice more and more clientele, maybe move a little faster. Pedicure was beyond basic and **BEWARE** they use the SAME CALUS SPONGE in a zip lock bag. I almost THREW UP!!!!! The most disgusting thing I have ever witnessed!!!!!!!!!! They worked really fast and did not do a good job at all. I wanted a regular manicure with only clear polish (my nails need time to rest) all she did was grind my nails down and put polish and a little lotion. She was going so fast she cut my thumb. The facial/neck shoulder massage was weird. Everything she put on my face was freezing cold and it kept making me jump. It was very uncomfortable.
