I received a manicure at this salon and I was silently shocked at how unsanitary this place is. At no time did the technician clean my nails with alcohol after using dirty used nail files. At a certain point I just got up to wash my hands before the application of my gel nail polish so that no bacteria will be trapped. Also manicure was only polish without cuticle trimming so I had to fix my own cuticles at home and were all different lengths. I got my nails done today from here .. i am not satisfied with their service . Even my extended nails are visible . Finishing not do done properly and not appropriate size of all the nails.
Been a customer here for years and for the last few months when I call to make an appointment I ask what time I should come in what times they have available and I come at that time sometimes a few minutes late and I still have to wait 15+ minutes. I understand if I’m a walk in customer but I called and you told me 11:30 and it’s now 11:51 and I’m still waiting here. Don’t tell me to come at 11:30 and make me wait half an hour.
