I had beautiful natural nails. I've been using Gel for a long time without any issues. Other salons soaked it off. Paradise is lazy about soaking off the gel.To speed up the process they take a rough nail file, one that is meant to be used on acrylic and filed off the gel. They filed into my natural nail causing damage that left gouges and ridges in the nail. I pointed it out to the tech and she said that is nothing it buffs out. Not true!!! I go to Paradise Nails for my manicures and pedicures and have been so happy. They do a great job! My favorite tech is Julie! A new manager took over in March, 2014 and there is not a smell of smoke anywhere now! I highly recommend Paradise Nails!

Not sure what happened with Paradise Nails. They were great when management first changed. The quality of their work has gone straight down hill in the past 1 to 2 months. Prices were never the same for same services. The guys wreak of cigarette smoke which I tolerated when quality was good. I won't step foot back in this place. I do not recommend.
