Talented nail techs, friendly environment, always happy with my nails! Large choice's of Dipping powder!
I’ve been going here since 2018 and absolutely love it! I recently moved to FL but i will absolutely wait until I come home to get a fill just to go to Paradise (if it’s not longer than 3 weeks). The salon is so incredibly clean, the techs are nice and friendly and remember who you are so quickly, and everyone I’ve ever used has done a fabulous job!
Unfortunately, my visit to Paradise Nails was far from paradise. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment and was the first customer there, yet by 10:10 a.m., I still hadn’t been helped — even though several people who arrived after me were taken before me. When I mentioned it, they finally seated me, but gave me to someone who clearly had very little experience. $170 for 2 adult pedis and 2 kids mani/pedis. INSANE!!! The services were rushed for all 4 of us. The kids 'manicure' consisted of slapping polish on their fingers while still sitting in the pedi chair. Once we were lead to the drying station, we were forgotten about and the employees moved on to the next customers. The pedicure was no more than 20 minutes and we were not asked about what type of pedicure we wanted. Us adults would've preferred some type of spa pedicure. Had a rushed, unrelaxing atmosphere. 2adult pedicures, also had 2 under 10yo with us for pedis with finger polish only. $170? No tech had any personality. Customer experience is not important with this salon. Not worth the cost. Won't return.
