I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Paradise Nail Shop. I believe customers should be aware of the way this business operates before spending their money here. The pricing lacks transparency, and customers are charged additional fees for services that are performed without their knowledge or approval. For example, a simple nail cut-down was done during my appointment, and I was charged for it without anyone explaining that it would cost extra. If I could rate this place a zero I would, came here twice for a pedicure now I have a fungus. Never had this happen anywhere else.
