I usually don’t post negative reviews but this was not a good experience. I had made an appointment for a mani/pedi, and when I arrived the owner was very nice but the technician I had was not. She was rough, testy, and incapable of doing the design I wanted. I asked her three times if someone else could do the design and she ignored me, and the final time I refused to give her my hand until someone else did it. They completely rushed us- did my pedicure in 12 minutes. Convinced my whole party to upgrade to a signature pedicure because it included a massage and none of us got one. They cut cuticles on only one hand , didn’t realize it until I got home. Wont be returning

The worst pedi experience of my life! Booked 3 "luxury" pedicures for $55. Included was suppose to give your legs and feet the ultimate renewal with a detoxing volcano crystal bath, an exfoliating sugar scrub, and a hot towel-wrapped, hydrating mask. Should have enjoyed a moisturizing paraffin treatment followed by a soothing massage with hot stones and creme lotion. Neck wrap is included! HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!!! Inaccurate prices (they don't honor their website prices) and RUDE customer service! Actually, rude would be an understatement! They screwed up all 3 of our appointments! Absolutely horrible horrible place!
