Sold me a dud. The wiring harness was spliced together to make the vehicle run. Costs $12,500 to fix. Had to have a Bcm replaced 3 weeks after I bought the truck. After the Bcm was a fuse/relay box. Then the VCI went. Haven't had the vehicle for even 3 months and already spent $2,000 in repairs. You'd think for $15,000 you might get something that's runs. I'm very disappointed. I've never spent more than $6,000 on a vehicle. None of them have ever given me this kind of trouble.
Sold me an absolute piece of junk. Refuse to make it right. Would be easier to tell what actually works.on the vehicle, the engine runs, and it has lights. The Finance company actually flipped the bill in an attempt to make it right and take care of me. Thanks First American for trying. My vehicle has been sitting there with the parts for over a week. Everything! Money was put down on the vehicle but only half shows on the bill of sale. Trying to get the vehicle fixed is a joke. The contract says all you pay for is parts, we were told they can’t do the work. We would also have to get quotes from other places to fix the problem. Also we were told that we will have to pay $995 at the end of the contract to get out unless we trade it in on another vehicle. I got a car from there it my first time getting a car from them and it will be the last I have been let down I was told everything was fixed and thats not true I have had to put money into the car from day one and it's been 2 years now and I put more part in the car the gas
