This funeral home was the wish of my passing mother to care for her as a home going. BIG MISSTAKE. The arrangements and sincerity was present but the final outcome and follow through was not there. Once funds was exchanged, phone calls were ignored. Death certificate was not done; after month after her death, still do not have the death certificate. My brother 's home coming was handled by Paradise, my daughter flew in from Texas to attend the funeral during the time the body was being viewed my daughter reached for her grandmother's hand and her grandmother was reaching for her, which her grandmother was sitting on the first row the funeral home staff member which is very tall and large in size man pushed my daugters hand back and stated ( keep it moving you are costing this man money).
