We have had a great experience with Dr. Logan and the Paradise Medical Group staff at this location. Dr. Logan always takes his time and answers all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and has built trust with us. The nurses have all been very kind and compassionate, and the front desk staff are wonderful and friendly. My infant son recently got some shots and he was upset of course, and they brought him a little toy ball (not a choking hazard size) to cheer him up. So cute and sweet! The doctors and staff are amazingly kind and helpful. I have been taking both of my sons here since birth.
during the family history inquiry, one of the providers (riley) assumed my child's father and other family members died of drugs- looking at me "oh was it drugs" -which it was not, we were answering the question of heart disease and i could not help but think it is due to my child's mixed race. it was highly insensitive as my child has lost her father but i believe it was an implicit bias this provider has on Black people. and they have this art of white jesus in their lobby where he is sitting with children, the white child... read more
