When we went in for our scheduled appointment (which was a follow up blood test for ongoing care at this facility) we were told they dropped our baby as a patient and they had cancelled our appointment. They never notified us that she was being dropped as a patient or that our appointment was cancelled. This was extremely negligent and dangerous of them, because our daughter was left with no doctor for weeks, unknowingly to us, and currently needs follow up tests immediately. We have had a great experience with Dr. Logan and the Paradise Medical Group staff at this location. Dr. Logan always takes his time and answers all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and has built trust with us. The nurses have all been very kind and compassionate, and the front desk staff are wonderful and friendly. My infant son recently got some shots and he was upset of course, and they brought him a little toy ball (not a choking hazard size) to cheer him up. So cute and sweet!
