We have had terrible service repair. The actual repair man was awesome, but No one returns your messages, and we had to hound them to repair our hot tub. Now we need another part, and have called, stopped in to the store, and we get very little help. I am not sure how they keep their doors open, if this is how they handle repeat customers.
Really disappointed in the customer service. Communication was poor at best. Never returned calls when told they would check and call back, parts are not readily available waiting over a month to two.
Had a bad experience with either the owner or maybe it was the owners dad. I’m not too sure. He was very rude and I don’t plan on spending my money there
Great staff, very helpful when I was looking for BBQ sauces made in Canada.
