Every time we try to go there for dinner there is always a 45- hr wait. We live 15 min away and have never been there for dinner.
I'm an actor who was hired to put on an interactive event at the Balsam Lake Lodge. Although I was myself working, the staff at the Lodge were very helpful and made me feel as if I were a guest as well! The servers were super kind and always willing to help if we needed something at the event, like when a drink was spilled all over the floor. The location on Balsam Lake is north woods majestic beautiful. The food and service was excellent. Our rooms were next to the check-in desk on the main level. The room amenities had the essentials; nothing fancy.
2nd year renting their pontoon and it's always an awesome experience!
