NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! EVERYTHIN WAS GREAT UNTIL THEY DECIDED TO FIRE A BUNCH OF PEOPLE INCLUDING ******THE GROOMER THAT MY BABY WAS SEEING, SINCE THEN MY FURBABY DEVELOPED A RASH DUE TO DIRTY CLIPPERS THEY FOOTED THE VET BILL AND MEDICATION COST SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM 1 LAST TRY, REGRETS!!!! BEEN LESS THAN A WEEK AND SHE IS DEVELOPING THE REDNESS AGAIN, JENNIFER TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT IT! IF YOU LOVE YOUR FURBABIES...... STAY AWAY FROM PARADISE KENNELS!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT RETURN

I would give zero stars if I could. Staff at Paradise Kennels lost my pet's medication which he needs once to twice a day. Staff member Christine kept hanging up the phone in my face while I was talking to them about the treatment I've received the day prior. One staff member dumped my pet's belonging all over the floor purposely in a vicious manner while I was checking in my pet. I would not recommend this kennel to anyone. My dog sustained a wound to his side while in the care of Paradise Kennel in Augusta, GA. The kennel stated it was not a severe injury and only cleaned the wound and did not seek vet care. The next day our dog was picked up only to be found with an impressive open wound with a skin flap hanging. Took our dog to the ER where he underwent wound care, skin flap removal, staples, IV antibiotics and pain meds.
