Chatto was great to work with and guided us through the whole process. He was always quick to answer all of our questions. Everyone we came across in our process was very helpful. When we were stressing about making decisions on the designs, Chatto gave great advice and it turned out perfect!

Everything seemed to go fine in the beginning. As long as I didn’t push to get things done, that is. My house was delivered in August and we made final payment last week, December 3. Still can’t move in, or do cleaning because of no hot water and a few other small issues. There’s a lack of communication and we were not well informed throughout the process. Paradise homes has great quality homes and an amazing sales team. Chatto was my agent and even though we didn’t choose to purchase with them he spent several hours to try to make everything work in a range we could afford. He was very patient, friendly, and made sure to look out for our best interests. No sales tactics and no bombardment of phone calls made for a great experience as well. Make sure to stop by and see the team. Can’t forget the awesome construction team as well. Awesome guy and super friendly.
