Wasn't my direct experience but what my sister and her husband has endured has made their experience a nightmare. Turn key is a joke and the amount of thi is my brother-in-law had to fix was unreal. The absolute dirt and filth left behind after they said it is done is unbelievable. Do NOT buy from here and just glad that I dont have to deal with them.
Chatto was great work with! He was great to answer our questions us and explained everything thoroughly. Even though we decided not to purchase from him he remained helpful and friendly!
