Robert was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. His company had excellent communication from the first phone call through the arrival. Robert was on time and was able to quickly diagnose, estimate and repair my plumbing issue. He also spent the time to look at some other concerns and issues and provide me with an estimate on site. I feel that the price was fair and the work was quality and professional I will definitely use this local company again and will personally ask for Robert.
The technician, Robert, and service repair went great. Robert was friendly, professional and efficient. The water heater was under warranty, yet the service wasn’t. Totally understand, except how does service for an hour and a half cost almost $600.?
My HVAC unit failed and Paradise had me a brand new system installed within 1 day of calling! Jordan, Andrew, Aiden, and Tim were all great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and hardworking. Highly recommend!
