It started with flood…washer shutoff popped and caused a gusher. Thomas came much earlier than expected and went far and above. Next day AC wasn’t working because air return flooring dropped. Nate came to check it out and he was amazing and gave me the estimate. Next day Caleb and Jason came and did all the grunt work. Hard, dirty, and difficult work. They came at 8AM!! Honest, respectful, fair priced, and great customer service. Plus great at cleaning up. Look nowhere else for plumbing/HVAC needs! Phenomenal business!
Wish I could give 5 stars, that’s why I hired them in the first place, based on their reviews. When booking, I specifically requested that the dryer vent be cleaned from the roof. They even sent two technicians so they could safely access the roof, yet they did not perform that part of the job. They claimed I didn’t approve it, even though that’s exactly what I scheduled. Paradise Home Services is the best. They have always been my go to for service. Prompt and efficient. Justice helped us today and we are very pleased and we have water again!! They always send you a picture of your service tech so you know who to expect. In addition, they take before and after pictures (if needed for insurance purposes). I highly recommend!
Paradise are the greatest! Jack was great and did a great job fixing the problem!!!
