Our appointment for an estimator was at 6:30 pm 11/15/22 and no one showed, called, or emailed. I have live chatted, texted, called multiple numbers, and still nothing. After 37 minutes on hold I decided to call it quits. I planned on asking them while they were here for a future consultation on units in my community since I am the Vice President of my HOA, but because of this whole situation I will not be using them and I would suggest the same for anyone I care about.
Why are you such a terrible company?
Good work very polite answered all of our questions and cleaned up afterwards. They installed 14 windows and the Representative name is Justin Harpe. This work was done at my home Charles Mitchum at 1528 W. Hwy 378 Pamplico,sc
