Paradise needs to have better structure. It lacks communication skills all around. Some of the employees lack proper equipment. Training needs to be improved on treatments of patients. Scheduling is never consistant. The employees contradict each other on how to do things, so at times can get very confusing.
A great place to work. Robyn cares as much for her employees as she does for the patients.

I love Jennifer Clark, she saved my life, she is my guardian angel. I also love Faye, my aide, we get along get and I think of her and Jennifer as friends. All the people at Paradise seem nice and take good care of me. Thank you all!!!
