rs Let me start out by saying that Paradise is the best and most professional place to do business. I had 2 jobs installed on 2 different occasions and would no do business with anyone else. They are wonderful. I felt like I had to write a review after reading a couple people complain. I guess you can't make everyone happy. They are WONDERFUL!!
Buyer Beware! The lowest quote isn't always the best! Paradise offered a tremendous offer at first (or so I thought). Turns out, the product that they delivered has had numerous issues. When speaking with the owner, he assured me that the overall product line was great, that I must have gotten a unit with issues. The unit requires servicing every fall (each fall I know that I will have to pay a service fee to clean the sensors and to clear the errors). Dealing with the owner is very frustrating at best. allen Paradise has installed hvac jobs for 10 people in our family. I have had several people do jobs for me but have never had a company take so much pride in their work and do such a great. They are a very caring company. Give them a try you wont be disappointed.
This place is a joke! which led to a long argument. What it boiled down to was he was trying to screw my girlfriend out of 1500 hundred dollars because he know she didn't know better and needed heat right away. Luckly I found out about it. I wouldn't even call this jackass for an estimate. He will just try to stick it too you as much as he can. Do you really want someone like this doing work for you?
PARADISE HEATING IN MATTOON, ILLINOIS,,,,BAD BAD BAD!!!! Ok, where do I start? OH MY!! Do not do business the this crook. He sold me a 3 year old central air conditioning unit that he installed for 1,400.00. Worked great the first year. My son decided to build a fence around it with plenty of area for someone to go and work on it. Now this year,,it quit working. I had Paradise Heating and air go and check on it.
