Paradise is a VIBE and I love it. The class’s are great, I have been a member for just over 3 months and not 1 class is has been the same, the variety is fantastic. Regardless of your fitness level, Jamie will always encourage and make you feel comfortable. I have found my happy place.
You always hear "It's more than just a gym" and safe to say I can 100% agree with that statement. Paradise is so much more than just a gym and Jamie is so much more than just a Trainer. What Jamie has created is a community, a family and a safe space with like minded people. Whether you are looking to get fit and healthy, increase your fitness, relieve some of life's everyday issues or just need that extra something in your life I definitely recommend giving paradise a try, with plenty of classes and variety to choose from
