Great Customer Service, Great people to work with. Have some of the finest outdoor kitchens. Very incredible experience from Start to finish. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to come check this location out if they ever need an outdoor kitchen. Albert was great to us.
More great customer service.... Our grill won't get over 200 degrees so i called customer service to get someone to come out. Its clear there is a leak somewhere, but they want 250.00 trip charge!!! WHAT?????? And I'm a platinum member for the rest of this year. That means nothing. Worst company ever!!!! We purchased an outdoor grill and entertainment piece in December 2023. I purchased an outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grills, and while the product itself is impressive, the customer service and transparency regarding my purchase have been disappointing. When I bought my setup, Alexa assured me that all appliances, including the fridge and grill, would be brand new, except for the base structure. Even when I was signing the contract she said that it wasn’t going to apply to the fridge and grill, only to the structure. UPDATE: I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am with this experience. After spending over $45,000, I expected professionalism, reliability, and basic competence yet what I got was an absolute logistical nightmare. We scheduled and confirmed two orders, and despite agreeing to split them into two days due to high volume, I personally confirmed my 4 PM - 8 PM delivery window.
