PG is more than just the best shop in town. PG is an institution. No shop in Columbus does more for the community.
Everyone is cute and nice and treats me like a total princess when I come in wanting to buy all the things I shouldn't.
My favorite shop in the planet with my favorite people. Even my "online" shopping consists of messaging them what I need to order and picking it up there. Knowledgeable sales people, top notch mechanics, friendly people. My wife went there to pick up a gift card for me for Christmas and they even helped her with non bike related gifts for me from other stores. They also throw amazing parties.
Amazing customer service! Before I became part of the bike community I would wind up in the shop asking random questions. Very knowledgeable but above all they accommodate their customers and make them feel comfortable at their shop.
