I've taken two bikes over to repair flat tires and both times they were quick and inexpensive. Today they didn't charge me anything because the rim was crimped so they fixed it w/o charge bc didn't need a tube. They could've charge me whatever bc I was clueless but They were simply being honest. Earned my trust.”

Very happy with my dealing with Paradise Garage!! Due to the covid-19 I was unable to purchase a Salsa Storm Chaser anywhere near me but found out they had one in my size. Very easy to work with and fast service even though I am close to 300 miles away!! Five Star business
Highly recommend. I was able to purchase a 57.5 Salsa Stormchaser and have it shipped to me. I suspect it was one of the few in the size left in the US. Bike arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble… Everything adjusted and well lubricated. Great communication by phone and email.
I purchased my bicycle there and have serviced it there after. They have an awesome physical therapist who comes in and is an expert on bicycle adjustments and can do a custom adjustment for an additional fee. It was worth every penny. They have gone above and beyond to help me take care of the bike. I am an older adult who uses my bike to keep moving and they have gone above and beyond to help me make sure that it is in good condition and roadworthy. A great and knowledgeable group. Had a broken spoke on the rear wheel of our tandem. Thomas not only repaired it but also did a thorough inspection of the rim. An inspection that revealed a cracked rim and his caution regarding our safety. He was very efficient in completing the repair and we were on the road fairly quickly and mindful of his caution. We will return to this shop to have the wheel rebuilt due to Thomas’s expertise
