I am extremely disappointed with Paradise Galleries. I placed my doll order on March 25th, and shortly after, they announced a hold on all orders. Since then, I have received little to no communication regarding my purchase or when it will ship. What makes this even more frustrating is that customer service has been completely unreachable. Stay away from this company, don't waste your time and money especially if you're buying something for your little one. They are scammers. We placed an order 2 months ago, and we haven't received anything neither being able to get a refund.
This company made good on their word. When my granddaughters doll began to tear after only two days, they replaced it with a new one. Had to wait a bit because they were having a transition on their shipping department, but they did what they said they would. My granddaughter is delighted!
I ordered a faulty doll, and requested a return. They sent an email clarifying the item and said they would send when I clarified the item they would request a return label for me. It’s been 2 weeks, no email, they’re live chat is disabled, and I have sat waiting on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Super disappointed!!
