I ordered a faulty doll, and requested a return. They sent an email clarifying the item and said they would send when I clarified the item they would request a return label for me. It’s been 2 weeks, no email, they’re live chat is disabled, and I have sat waiting on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Super disappointed!!

I can't rate the doll because almost 3 weeks after ordering I still don't have it. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this company and their lack of customer service. After the package was MIA for 2 weeks in transit (Fedex claims Paradise Galleries never gave them the shipment, Paradise Galleries claims Fedex was given the item but no tracking... who knows... all it said for 2 weeks was the label was printed) tracking info is finally showing up... but it's still in California, but at least it's somewhere at this point. My daughter purchased a doll with her pocket money. It was not what she expected. The new stuffing in the body makes the doll's legs appear to have enormous hips. She has tried twice to email the company to request a refund but she has not had a response. So disappointing. Would not recommend.
