Did not vacuum it all the out in the doors and did not wipe down good
Sometimes they do a phenomenal job and sometimes they do a half___ job. I noticed when the older staff are there my car gets a lot cleaner. Not sure if they're on a time quota and they're trying to hurry up really really fast or if the objective is to just get the car clean. I like that I don't have to clean my own car but I usually do as soon as it comes through. I have to wipe down the dash. I spent many years in the car wash/detail business and I am very picky about where I take my vehicles. I stopped at another location today (7-28-25) and there were some marks left on my truck and when I returned to talk to the manager (Alexis), the first words out of his mouth was "this didn't happen here" and after I told him about my experience and that I had left the wash and went right home and noticed this, and then drove right back and that it was not there when I entered his wash, but was now, he again said it didn't ... read more
