Whole service felt pretty rushed the kids who vacuumed my car missed underneath the seats as well as in between the seats. My cupholders were not cleaned as well.
I normally don’t write reviews but felt the need to due to the mistreatment I encountered. Stood upfront, waiting for someone to help me so I could purchase a couple items, but no one came to help me. Was waiting for at least 5 to 6 minutes finally, someone then came up walking to the desk I was not greeted at all the lady was looking down towards their phone texting, and then proceeded to look at me and ask me if I was ready to pay after I had been the one waiting on her. $27 plus $10 tip to drive thru car wash seems excessive. No vacuum. Won't return
