So far, a GREAT company. Everyone is polite and helpful. I was not a customer of theirs and I called them out of the blue and ordered oil. They came the very next day!! My old oil company treated me like dirt every time I called. The woman who answered their phone at the old company is just down right RUDE! I got tired of being treated that way and that is why I switched. I am VERY glad that I did!! Compared to how my old oil company treated me, this truly is Paradise!!
great service . one time I ran out of oil late in the afternoon - at first they said the could get over first thing in the morning but then called back and said they didnt want me with no heat over night and sent their driver back out even though he had already come in. they have been extremely nice on the phone and they also have very competitive pricing on heating oil.
