RecommendedWe’ve lived here for two years now, and have had zero issues. Signing another lease for a third year. :) Christina is always willing and helpful to answer any questions we have, and maintenance is super quick.
I’ve lived here for over 15 years and I love it.... One of the best thing is the staff here.... from maintenance to the office they want you to be happy living here.🙏🙏🙏
Do not waste your money renting here. The whole staff from top to bottom is shady and will not do anything for you. They price their apts higher because they're east of very nice complexes but will not mention they're right in front of one of the most meth filled neighborhoods in north Phoenix. Highly advised to look elsewhere
Love working here!! Would have moved in (transferred) already IF I didn't hate moving SO much.... LOL :)
Place is a rip off manager quoted one price then changed it after we had electric turned on and bought renters insurance with was required before contract was sign the wouldn't give us deposit back or tell us who the owners were
