Great flowers. The guy upfront helped me out and was great. He made my flower bouquet look great.
I love their flowers and the prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend this flower shop.
This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came to pick up my flower order at the scheduled time, only to be told it was not ready. No apology. No explanation. When I asked when it would be ready, I was rudely told they “don’t know” and was basically asked to leave. This level of disrespect toward customers is unacceptable.
