I ordered flowers, I never received them. I spoke with owner and he had promised to personally deliver. That never happened. Now I’m trying to get a refund and they are not answering there phones. Do not do business with them
This was the 1st time ordering and I picked them because they have various base selections. I call the store and spoke with Mariano who was very efficient. The flowers arrived as expected to the funeral viewing. Before delivering the arrangement Mariano called to let me know that although he didn’t have a medium basket like I ordered, they used a large one and added more flowers to it for the same price. Disappointed. Super Fast delivery and somewhat easy ordering. However, I indicated for the flowers be delivered on a specific date and they were delivered immediately. Also, I ordered a "large," grand, and rather expensive arrangement and what was delivered is small in a rather oversized vase.
STAY AWAY!!! ❌❌ If i could give this place a 0 star I would. Placed an order for my husbands funeral and had it scheduled to be delivered for the next day. Got a call after I ordered to confirm the order and delivery instructions and was waiting. They took the money off my card and 3 days passed. Get to the funeral and they're not there. BEYOND sad that my husband didn't get the flowers that i picked out for him. Waste of $170.. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK!!! Although we didn’t get our flowers on time, the owner and staff were wonderful! Got a refund and they really made a great impression and we appreciate them for the kind words and made everything right! Thank you!
