Awesome place to do business. The price was right, the customer service is top notch and the install was excellent and crazy fast. Do business here, you won't regret it.
If you're looking for a company that will not do what they are contracted to do, this is the company for you! They are happy to receive payment, but they are also happy to not keep appointments. Do they let you know that they are unable to keep the appointments they have made? Nope. After multiple cancelations without the curtesy of a phone call, I received a refund. The owner then had the audacity to play the victim.
A great team and so easy to deal with, 5/5
Save time looking for another flooring specialist. Take it from us, Paradise Carpets will be your go-to. We’ve used their company twice, and the experience, start to finish, was always positive. They offered product lines of kitchen, flooring and window covering-is impressive. Their installers are top notch - professional, personable, trustworthy and dedicated to their craft. Five star company!
