Check with any and all pool suppliers in the St Louis metro east area and they will confirm they have not paid bills and have pending legal action They can no longer locally access the supplies they continue to sell as part of their package of freebies. If you get a pool installed many end up cracking due to poor installation and the homeowners have had to put out thousands to repair.
